I am responsible for managing internal company projects, marketing and HR. I ensure that everything is handled efficiently and according to our high standards. I also work closely with partners and charities linked to our business to determine how we can support local initiatives and connect to our community.

Having watched the company develop since my husband, John, founded it in 2008, I felt inspired by the challenge of growing our family business and came on board when JNJ Building Solutions became a limited company in 2014. The work that everyone puts in is inspirational and we are lucky to have such a supportive team that can be relied on to deliver for our clients.
