Large ground floor rear extension
Marie and Matt wanted to expand their Aldgowan Road property so that they could benefit from some much-needed additional space. They were expecting their first child and so we were aware from the start of the project that the baby would arrive during the build. As a result, it was essential that the project was managed effectively to ensure that everything progressed smoothly and could be adapted to suit their changing circumstances.

Special requirements
The property had 20-foot high vaulted ceilings, which we needed to make special arrangements for in order to create a high-quality finish throughout. We also needed to plan the project effectively so that it could accommodate the birth of Marie and Matt’s first child. Our team arranged a grace period that would grant the new parents a couple of weeks to settle in. However, they ultimately decided that they’d prefer us to continue – Marie gave birth on a Saturday and our team were back at work the following Monday!
